What kind of yoga do you teach?

Dr. Brokus’s favorite yoga style to teach in class is Vinyasa flow, with a focus on building strength. We also offer specialized yoga series for moms and moms-to-be. Private lessons are customized for your specific needs and preferences.

What do I need to bring to yoga?

Come prepared with your positive energy and a water bottle. If you have your own mat, blocks, and strap, feel free to bring them along. However, if you forget or don't own them, we'll provide them for you!

Can I do yoga if I have an injury?

Yes, you can still participate in yoga even if you have an injury. Dr. Brokus can assist you in modifying poses to accommodate your specific needs and ensure a safe practice.

What do I wear to my visit?

Athletic clothes are recommended for yoga.
